"The Second Wife" by Rebecca Fleet

 I recently finished reading "The Second Wife" by Rebecca Fleet and I have to say, it was a thrilling and suspenseful read from start to finish.

The novel follows the story of Alice, who becomes the second wife of wealthy businessman Nathan. As Alice begins to settle into her new life, she becomes increasingly suspicious of Nathan's first wife, Grace, who died under mysterious circumstances.

Fleet does an excellent job of building tension and keeping the reader guessing as Alice unravels the truth behind Grace's death. The plot is full of twists and turns that keep you on the edge of your seat, and the characters are well-developed and complex.

One of the things I particularly enjoyed about this book was the setting. Fleet vividly brings to life the luxurious world of Nathan and Alice, with descriptions of their stunning home and high-end lifestyle. However, as the story progresses, we see the dark side of this lavish world and the dangers that come with it.

Overall, I highly recommend "The Second Wife" to fans of psychological thrillers. Fleet has created a captivating and suspenseful story that will keep you turning the pages until the very end
